Business Development Manager - Robotics & Automation

Engineering Technique is hiring an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our newly launched Solar Panel Cleaning Robot product line, automation services and solutions, PLC programming, Software Development, Robotics Application Development & 3D Printers. The ideal candidate will have experience in both B2B and B2C markets, strong networking capabilities, and a strategic mindset to identify new opportunities, generate leads, and drive revenue.

Experience: 4 to 7 yrs

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / E & C / Electrical / Instrumentation

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C markets. 
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Identify target potential customers
• Lead generation
• Identify channel partners, distributors, and collaborators to expand market reach. 
• Keep up-to-date with market trends
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records, prepare monthly reports and forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation
• 4 - 7 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
