Job Description

Understanding Customer requirement for Product development/customization (Hardware and Software).

Understanding requirements of Industrial batching and Weighing Control applications.

Develop product requirement document.

Initiate product development/customization.

Coordinating with multiple departments like Sales, HW design, PSW, Software Testing, Stores and production.

Keep track of product development (Hardware and Software), keep track of procurement and product production to assure timely delivery of new/modified product.

Handling of Field issue.

Understanding the field issues reported from service and technical support team.

Reporting the field issues to concern department.

Monitoring the updates and taking followup till the issue is resolved.

Qualification: B.tech - EC/ EX

Technical Knowledge, Quick Thinker, Good Coordination Skills, Problem Solving, E-Mail Drafting and Good Communication in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.30 - ₹25,000.61 per month
