Summary:As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the applications function as intended, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and support Salesforce production environments, ensuring system uptime, performance, and reliability.Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues related to Salesforce CRM, integrations, and applications.Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot errors, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate with business users to gather issue details, provide guidance, and resolve system-related challenges.Handle user administration including role management, profile updates, permission sets, and data access.Maintain and manage data quality, including data loads, deduplication, cleansing, and troubleshooting integration failures.Support scheduled jobs, batch processes, and integrations with third-party systems.Coordinate with development teams to implement bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments through Salesforce release management processes.Document incident resolutions, troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and update the knowledge base/runbooks for future reference.Ensure adherence to ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) and provide regular reporting on SLAs and system health.Participate in on-call rotation and support coverage during high-priority releases or outages. Qualifications25 years of experience in Salesforce administration/Omnistudio, support, or development.Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, etc.).Good knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments.Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams, business users, and leadership. Must HaveExperience in Apex, Lightning Components, and SOQL for debugging issues.Hands on Experience on Salesforce Omnistudio PlatformHealth Cloud understanding for Care Management Qualification 15 years full time education
