We hope that you have..

● 3–4 years’ experience in a professional kitchen or food product development role

● Knowledge and practical experience in cooking methods. Must have a keen interest to read, explore, and improve ones understanding of regional and international dishes depending on project briefs, from the marketing department.

● A good understanding of culinary fundamentals.

● Strong organisation skills in managing multiple projects
