Key Responsibilities
1. New Product Development
o Design and develop innovative recipes and products aligned with current market demand.
o Ensure new product costing matches competitive market pricing.
2. Recipe Development & Testing
o Develop, test, and standardize recipes for commercial scalability.
o Work closely with NPD and QA teams to meet food safety and quality standards.
3. Customer & Market Engagement
o Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites and expos.
o Collect and evaluate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
o Travel as required for customer visits, industry expos, and promotional events.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Participate in NPD meetings and share market insights.
o Collaborate with procurement, production, and marketing teams for product launches.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
