Job Description Prepare A Wide Variety of Goods Such as Cakes, Pastry, Desserts, Cupcake Etc. Following Traditional & Modern Recipes/Design. Create New and Exciting Design for Different Application Using Our Products On Regular Basis. Work with Regional/State Head to Support/Empower Key Accounts, Technically. Work with Key/Good Accounts at Regional Level to Understand Their Need and Work onto The Same. Regular Visit to Key Customers Following Their Monthly Working Planning In Coordination With State Head And HQ. Learn Product Application Technology and Know How to Solve Market Related Issues. New Product Launch to Key Customers in Coordination with HQ and State Head and Push the Sales. Coordinates with HQ to Get Trained and Pass the Same Knowledge/Skill/Design to Key Customers. He /She Need to Work onto The Limited Key Accounts Assigned to Them and Will Track the Result/Impact onto The Business & Customers Satisfaction. Work Closely with R&D Team to Design and Develop the New Product as Per Key Accounts Needs
