Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for laptops, desktops, and other devices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and OEMs,
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic engagement within a given set of accounts. Should possess the ability to take a top-down approach in sales engagements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to ensure product alignment with customer requirements
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in IT hardware (laptops, desktops).
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian IT hardware market, distribution channels, and customer segments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
