Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Appian Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Appian development, Appian Application Architecture, and Appian Tools. This position is based in Gurugram / Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop Appian applications using Appian patterns and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain high-quality Appian code that meets industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall codebase quality.
Stay updated with the latest Appian trends and technologies to enhance application performance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Appian development, Appian Application Architecture, and Appian Tools.
Experience with design patterns and transaction management, focusing on Appian patterns and integrations.
Familiarity with BPM (Business Process Management) concepts and principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
Specific domain/industry: Any/Finance Domain Good to Have.
