Role Description

Apparel Designer

In this role, you’ll design full apparel collections — from joggers and hoodies to t-shirts and activewear — ensuring every drop reflects XTREMEX’s bold, edgy, and streetwear-inspired aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop original apparel concepts for t-shirts, joggers, hoodies, compression wear, and lifestyle streetwear.
• Work with graphic designers to integrate print/artwork into garment silhouettes.
• Create detailed tech packs, fabric choices, trims, and specifications for sampling & production.
• Stay updated with global fashion & streetwear trends to inspire new collections.
• Collaborate with the in-house production team to ensure design intent translates into final product.
• Research fabrics, washes, finishes, and innovative construction techniques.
• Assist in fittings and revisions to perfect the fit, comfort, and quality of garments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing apparel design (streetwear, sportswear, or lifestyle fashion preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and fashion CAD tools.
• Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and apparel production processes.
• Trend-sensitive with an eye for detail, silhouettes, and modern fits.
• Prior experience in streetwear, activewear, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
