• Building best-in-class Catalog processes and building a synergy with the business
• Manage page content – image and description at the SKU level on APP.
• Catalog quality resulting in improved conversion, cx experience, (attributes, image, data, etc)
• Understand Search, browsing, and purchase behavior cx. Identify problems, opportunities. Engaging cross-functional teams.
• Planning and executing the site merchandising calendar. This includes new product launches, cross-category placements, developing and executing site-wide events, browse tree design, and search results.
• Plan and schedule promotions with supply and marketing
• Track and improve property-level conversion. Key event conversion
• Build and track the health of the overall catalogue
• Regularly develop, test, and analyze new merchandising tactics that sell products across all categories and increase conversion rates, documenting the results and sharing best practices with the team.

Qualificati

• 3+ years of hands-on App merchandising and Catalog experience.
• Deep expertise in base structure and quality checks of the Catalog and app experience.
• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with dashboards & performance metrics.
