Job Description

This role has cross-functional exposure to Product, Marketing, and Engineering. It would be a great fit for 1) commercial-savvy program/ ficial leaders seeking to expand partner facing experiences, or 2) business developers seeking to build holistic experiences in Product, Marketing and Project Management.
Manage and evolve end-to-end Technical Partnership Program vision Operate as a business program, with quantified ficial and customer impact and clear mechanisms to prioritize and deliver against Spectrum strategic goals Manage initial triage of Partner product feature requests and hand off to Product/Tech teams Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to senior management updating on progress on goals, partner feedback, strategic investment opportunities and partner-related roadmap items Align on partner activities with internal Marketing, Product, Legal and Engineering teams. Coordinate joint Go-to-Market activities Steward the nomination, selection and introduction of internal partners in which to invest. 2+ years of program or project management experience 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
