Customer Care Executive Voice Process (Freshers & Experienced)

Position: Customer Support Executive

Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Landmark: Durgam Cheruvu Metro Station

Eligibility:

Qualification:
Intermediate or Any Graduate
Freshers
with excellent communication skills
Experienced candidates:
Minimum
1 year
in Voice Process preferred

Mandatory Documents:

Updated Resume
Aadhar Card Copy

Job Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs, clarify queries, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow predefined communication scripts when required.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction by going the extra mile.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the call center system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and resolution.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred.
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
(fluency is
mandatory
).
Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Good typing and documentation skills.
