Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the

  health and life insurance sales team

• Drive team to achieve individual and process-level

  sales targets and KPIs

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job training to sales executives
  
• Monitor and improve

  sales conversion

  , lead management, and closure rates
• Conduct regular

  team huddles

  , performance reviews, and sales strategy discussions
• Handle

  customer escalations

  , queries, and support post-sales servicing
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights with leadership
  

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  
• Excellent knowledge of

  Life and Health insurance products, sales lifecycle, and CRM tools

• Goal-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements
  
• Proficient in

  MS Office (Excel, PPT)

  and reporting dashboards

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• Minimum 5 years in sales; at least 3 years managing an insurance sales process team
  
• Exposure to BPO/KPO/inside sales setup is an added advantage.
