Agvito Pharmaceutical is a growing pharmaceutical export company based in Surat, Gujarat. We specialize in the supply of high-quality APIs, finished formulations, and medical devices to markets around the world. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a dedicated API Sales Executive to lead sales efforts across both domestic and international markets.

Job Description:

As an API Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, manage client communications, and close sales in both Indian and export markets. A background in pharmaceutical sales, especially APIs, is required. Experience in procurement is a bonus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new customers in both domestic and international markets
• Generate leads through direct outreach, digital channels, and network development
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
• Follow up with clients and manage sales pipeline to conversion
• Understand and analyze API market trends, demand-supply patterns, and price movements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical API sales
• Strong communication skills, especially fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge of procurement and pharmaceutical export documentation is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, email communication, and CRM systems
