Job Title: API Sales Executive (Pharmaceuticals) Location: Surat, Gujarat Experience: 1–2 years in API Sales Industry: Pharmaceuticals / Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) Position Type: Full-Time Company Overview: Agvito Pharmaceutical is a growing pharmaceutical export company based in Surat, Gujarat. We specialize in the supply of high-quality APIs, finished formulations, and medical devices to markets around the world. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a dedicated API Sales Executive to lead sales efforts across both domestic and international markets . Job Description: As an API Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads , manage client communications , and close sales in both Indian and export markets . A background in pharmaceutical sales , especially APIs, is required. Experience in procurement is a bonus but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage new customers in both domestic and international markets Generate leads through direct outreach, digital channels, and network development Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients Follow up with clients and manage sales pipeline to conversion Understand and analyze API market trends, demand-supply patterns, and price movements Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery Candidate Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical API sales Strong communication skills, especially fluency in English (spoken and written) Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Basic knowledge of procurement and pharmaceutical export documentation is a plus Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, email communication, and CRM systems Benefits: Competitive salary with performance incentives Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding export business Exposure to international markets and pharmaceutical trade Professional development and training opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
