Job Description

We are looking for a skilled API Practice Head with 15-25 years of experience to lead our team in Pune, Bangalore, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API integration and delivery management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Manage and deliver projects on time, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve their best performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to API integration.
Provide expertise and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of API integration, delivery management, and strategic planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
