Role Overview

As an API Integration Engineer, you will:

• Design & Implement APIs

  : Build and manage robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to ensure smooth data flow across applications.

• Integrate Webhooks & Services

  : Implement webhook-based workflows and connect third-party services to core systems.

• Collaborate with Dev Teams

  : Work alongside frontend, backend, and product teams to ensure proper API design and data structures.

• Test & Monitor

  : Use Postman and similar tools to test, validate, and document API endpoints.

• Optimize API Performance

  : Ensure high availability, scalability, and low-latency API responses.

• Automate Deployment

  : Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous API deployment, monitoring, and version control.

• Explore Protocols

  : Use gRPC where high-performance, real-time communication is required.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience

  : Minimum 2+ years in API development and integration projects.

• API Protocols

  : Strong command over RESTful API, GraphQL, gRPC, and webhook-based architectures.

• Testing & Monitoring

  : Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.

• DevOps

  : Familiarity with CI/CD tools for managing API pipelines.

• Programming

  : Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go is a plus.

• Documentation & Standards

  : Ability to create clean, well-documented API specifications and follow security best practices.
