Job Description

CRM Automation Engineer

We are seeking a CRM Automation Engineer to design and implement custom workflows, integrations, and automations in our CRM ecosystem. The role involves ensuring seamless data flow, optimizing lead/customer journeys, and reducing manual effort through smart automation.

Responsibilities:

Manage our CRM ( Airtable ) workflows, rules, and automation pipelines.
Integrate CRM with external tools (marketing, finance, communication, support).
Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and system reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical CRM issues.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Airtable, etc.).
Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
Problem-solving mindset and ability to translate business needs into workflows.

Salary : 35-40k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
