AP Specialist - US SHIFT

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, verification, and posting
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments in line with agreed terms
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Handle AP aging, accruals, and month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (US-based) for query resolution
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
• Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable / Finance Operations
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable cycles, reconciliations, and accruals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
• Experience working with US clients / US shift (EST) preferred
• Hands-on experience with accounting software / ERPs (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
