Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Accounts Payable (India Entities)
We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience to process Vendor Invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices.
Responsibilities

Invoice Processing
Intercompany Reconciliation
Debit Balance follow up and working
Aged items clearance and follow up with approvers
Clearing Open Item
SOX knowledge
Maintain trackers for activities
Good understanding of rejections of payment/invoices
Exception Handling of invoices
Manage relationship with Client and query resolution.
Generate electronic and check payment files.
Month end closing.
Ensuring all controls are effective in process
Daily run of Duplicate audit tool
Achieve & Exceed SLAs
Good accounting conceptual knowledge and understanding of Accounts Payable /Payment/ Banking.
Good Communication – Both Written and Vocal
Ability to meet deadlines & work effectively with high quality levels
Well versed with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio & MS Word.
Works with minimal supervision, demonstrates strong organizational skills and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Customer oriented and problem solving skills
Strong team player, works well in a collaborative environment
BPO experience
Exposure to accounting in SAP

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
Meaningful work experience
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)

Preferred qualifications

Experience in India related Stat requirements
Ability to process using SAP ERP
