Anaplan Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient Anaplan models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality planning solutions.
• Analyze complex business problems and provide innovative Anaplan-based solutions.
• Ensure best practices and governance in model building.
• Manage multiple project deadlines independently.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support agile project delivery.

Essential Capabilities:

• Certified Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 and above

  (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in Anaplan model development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High level of risk awareness and governance
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement

Preferred/Additional Capabilities:

• Understanding of

  hybrid agile methodologies

• Experience in

  Power BI

  for reporting solutions
• Knowledge of additional coding languages (e.g.,

  Python, SQL

  ) is a plus
• Familiarity with

  RESTful APIs, Maven, Git, Microservices

  is advantageous
• Experience with

  Hibernate or JPA

  is a bonus

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years

  of experience in Anaplan model building
• Strong domain experience in

  financial planning

  ,

  workforce planning

  ,

  forecasting

  , or other relevant business planning processes

Educational Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in

  Business

  or related discipline

• Certified Anaplan Model Builder

  (minimum requirement)
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus
