Job Title: Analytics Engineer
Location: RemoteCompensation:

  • Philippines: $2,500 – $3,000 / month
  • India: $2,800 – $3,500 / month
  • LATAM: $3,200 – $4,000 / month
  • Eastern Europe: $3,800 – $4,500 / month

The company thrives on leveraging data to drive strategic decisions across all business units, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, scalability, and actionable insights.

Role Overview
The Analytics Engineer will work closely with the central data team to unify and model data from multiple subsidiaries. This role is critical for turning raw data into structured, actionable insights that inform decision-making at all levels of the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable navigating complex data environments.

Analytics Engineer - This hire will work specifically within DBT (data modeling), Snowflake (data warehouse), and Omni (BI tool built by ex-Looker executives/employees)  to prepare data for consumption by stakeholders throughout our businesses. This person will work very closely with our centralized data team. Python/Pandas is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model data inside Snowflake and transform it for BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
     
  • Collaborate with analytics engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
     
  • Maintain, optimize, and document data pipelines, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
     
  • Conduct quality assurance and validation checks to ensure consistency across data sources.
     
  • Provide support and guidance on data best practices across subsidiaries.
     
  • Contribute to building dashboards and reports that inform business decisions.
     

Hard Skills

  • Strong SQL, DBT, and Snowflake experience
     
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
     
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes
     
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines
     

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
     
  • Effective communication across teams and time zones
     
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
     
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in analytics engineering or data analysis
     
  • Comfortable in a multi-subsidiary, complex data environment
