Analytical Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an Analytical Service Engineer with strong technical expertise in installation, commissioning, servicing, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments such as TOC, COD, pH, TSS, and other laboratory or field analytical systems.The role includes customer support, preventive maintenance, documentation, and coordination with the service team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and servicing of analytical instruments (TOC, COD, pH, TSS, etc.)Calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of instrumentsProvide technical support and hands-on training to customersPrepare and submit accurate service reportsCoordinate with the service team for spares, documentation, and follow-ups

Qualifications

B.E. in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related field

Experience Required

3–4 years of experience in analytical instrument servicing or a related technical field

Skills Required

Strong technical and analytical abilitiesGood communication and customer-handling skillsWillingness to travel across Bharuch, Vapi, and Ahmedabad

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Timely completion of service callsAccuracy and quality of service reportsCustomer satisfaction and feedbackAdherence to preventive maintenance schedules

Working Conditions

Field-based role with regular travel to customer sites across Bharuch, Vapi, and Ahmedabad
