Analytical Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an Analytical Service Engineer with strong technical expertise in installation, commissioning, servicing, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments such as TOC, COD, pH, TSS, and other laboratory or field analytical systems.
The role includes customer support, preventive maintenance, documentation, and coordination with the service team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of analytical instruments (TOC, COD, pH, TSS, etc.)
• Calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of instruments
• Provide technical support and hands-on training to customers
• Prepare and submit accurate service reports
• Coordinate with the service team for spares, documentation, and follow-ups

Qualifications

• B.E. in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related field

Experience Required

• 3–4 years of experience in analytical instrument servicing or a related technical field

Skills Required

• Strong technical and analytical abilities
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Willingness to travel across Bharuch, Vapi, and Ahmedabad

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely completion of service calls
• Accuracy and quality of service reports
• Customer satisfaction and feedback
• Adherence to preventive maintenance schedules

Working Conditions

• Field-based role with regular travel to customer sites across Bharuch, Vapi, and Ahmedabad
