About the Role:

Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
  
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide actionable insights.
  
• Collaborate with teams to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance.
  
• Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
  
• Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, analytical tools, and best practices.

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or predictive analytics.
  
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
  
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and dashboard creation.
  
• Understanding of business operations and key metrics in the relevant industry.
  
• Certifications in analytics, data science, or business analysis (CBAP, CAP, or equivalent).
