Analyst / Senior Analyst - Investment Banking

The candidate should be well versed with the following:

• IM & Pitch Deck Preparation

  : Assisting with the creation of comprehensive Information Memorandums (IMs) and pitch decks for equity fundraising transactions, including IPOs, private placements, and rights issues.

• Business Plan Development

  : Supporting the development of detailed business plans, outlining the strategic goals, financial forecasts, and key business drivers of the company seeking equity investment.

• Valuation Models

  : Assisting in the preparation of valuation models, including DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis, to help assess the value of the company and the equity offering.

• Valuation Benchmarking

  : Conducting valuation benchmarking of listed entities, comparing financial performance, market multiples, and share price movements to derive relevant benchmarks for the equity offering.

• Sector and Industry Research

  : Researching various sectors and industries to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and understanding investor sentiment within those sectors to effectively position the company for fundraising.

• Due Diligence

  : Assisting in due diligence processes for all kinds of equity transactions, including reviewing financial documents, assessing market risks, and conducting comprehensive background checks on potential investors and targets.

• Financial Workings & Presentations

  : Developing exclusive financial workings and detailed presentations as required by potential investors, ensuring that all investor queries are addressed with clarity and precision.

• Investor Presentations & Term Sheets

  : Supporting the preparation of equity-specific term sheets, investor presentations, and valuation reports, ensuring that these materials clearly articulate the investment opportunity to potential investors.

• IPO Advisory & All-partyLiaison

  : Assisting in the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for IPO processes. Coordinating with merchant bankers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient IPO process.
• Preparing IPO-related documents, including prospectus, red herring prospectus (RHP), and final prospectus.
• Liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and other partners involved in the IPO process to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
• Assisting with the drafting and review of roadshow materials and supporting the marketing efforts for the IPO.
