Role & Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

a. Absorb directions from the real estate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) along with local manager for categorizing, processing, extracting, analyzing, troubleshooting, and improving source documents processes for data inputs and client outcome reporting requirements.

b. Interact and collaborate with internal product and solution operation teams for source documents gathering, classification, extraction, and data items with proprietary AI assistant tools for internal and client requirements.

c. Assist SMEs with current and future projects involving data upload templates for proprietary or client financial models.

d. Provide management reporting on project status reports, KPIs, etc.

e. Review workflow processes (SOPs) and implement efficiency improvements.

f. Training & Supervision of future Associates related to tasks above.

g. Demonstrate a concerted effort to create a positive environment by focusing on continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree (Accounting/Finance or

  Real Estate, preferred

  ).

• 0 - 1 year experience in Real estate investments - Private Equity Real Estate (PERE), Commercial Real Estate (CRE) processing data for preparing, reviewing, reconciling for Appraisers or accounting experience either at a financial institution, fund administrator or Property Manager.

• Hands-on using Microsoft Office Suite along with strong competencies in

  Excel functionalities comprising of advance level, VBA Macro is plus.

• Reading, analyzing & interpreting documents like Rent Rolls, Income Statement (PnL), Budgets, Appraisal Reports or Valuation Summary report or any supporting materials.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and the desire to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong written/oral communication skills and a desire to build healthy working relationships.
• Yardi, MRI, Investran, Geneva, or other accounting applications
