Analyst SCM - Order management & Planning (RMA)

As a Supply Chain Material Planner and Order Management Specialist at Enphase Energy, your primary responsibility is to make informed decisions regarding the allocation of available capacity or supply in a time-phased plan. This aims to achieve best-in-class on-time delivery, enhancing the overall customer experience in alignment with Enphase's vision, mission, and long-term sustainability and growth strategies. Collaboration with internal teams such as sales operations, supply planning, logistics, and customers may be necessary in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage supply chain material planning and order management for RMA fulfillment - Coordinate with Procurement, Product Engineering, PLMs, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Service to support warranty replacements throughout the product life cycle - Identify and address near-term and long-term supply imbalances - Develop, implement, and monitor returns and rework Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Drive process improvements for enhanced efficiency - Ensure timely delivery of RMA material Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Engineering (BE) or MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 Institute with a specialization in Supply Chain or Operations - Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply planning and order management - Proficiency in MS Excel and office suite applications Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems would be advantageous - Ability to collaborate effectively in multi-cultural and geographically diverse teams - Flexibility to work across different time zones and perform well under pressure - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn - Effective prioritization and task completion abilities - Embrace a culture of Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for quality enhancement and continuous learning - Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for all organizational levels If you meet these qualifications and are enthusiastic about contributing to the evolving field of renewable energy, we invite you to apply and join our mission-driven team at Enphase Energy.,
