Job Description

As a Sales Enablement Analyst at our U.S. based client, you will play a crucial role in improving sales force effectiveness through the development and utilization of sales measurement models, diagnostic tools, and performance tracking methods. Your focus will be on identifying sales performance indicators, areas for improvement, and training needs to support strategic priorities and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and analytics to gain insights into productivity, pipeline health, and win/loss analysis. - Utilize diagnostic tools to assess sales effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes and execution. - Recommend and implement performance metrics, KPIs, and best practices to align with sales goals and drive organizational growth. - Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify training requirements, create programs, and assess training effectiveness. - Evaluate and suggest changes in sales incentive and compensation plans to match strategic priorities. - Provide support in proposal development, client presentations, and tools to empower the sales team in acquiring new business. - Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure sales initiatives align with broader business objectives. - Track and assess the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and offer data-driven recommendations for improvements. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics, preferably within Supply Chain / Logistics / Technology sectors. - Proficiency in sales performance metrics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel). - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and operate effectively under tight deadlines. Preferred Attributes: - Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry. - Familiarity with sales incentive planning and performance management frameworks. - Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
