Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our sales team and customers in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of our products and services, and a passion for helping customers understand how our solutions meet their business needs. This position requires a collaborative individual who can work closely with both the sales and technical teams to ensure successful client engagements.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
Market Research and Analysis
o Conduct detailed research on target industries, competitors, and market trends.
o Identify potential customers and new business opportunities based on research and list provided by sales team.
o Prepare market intelligence reports and share actionable insights.
Lead Generation and Prospecting
o Assist in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads.
o Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
o Support outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Sales Support
o Prepare pitch decks, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
o Draft and manage RFPs and RFIs in alignment with client requirements.
Admin support & Reporting
o Maintain and analyze sales data to track performance and opportunities.
o Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for the senior team.
o Create dashboards to highlight KPIs and progress toward goals.
Meeting and Follow-Up Support
o Schedule and coordinate client meetings, both virtual and in-person.
o Document meeting minutes, action points, and follow-ups.
o Ensure timely follow-up on action items and client requests.
Client Relationship Management support to Sales team
o Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients to uncover upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
o Act as a point of contact for resolving queries or escalations.
Sales Strategy and Planning support
o Support in designing account plans and go-to-market strategies.
o Conduct SWOT analyses to identify strengths and mitigate risks.
o Provide innovative ideas to enhance the sales approach.
Collaboration with Internal Teams at offshore
o Work closely with marketing to create campaigns and materials.
o Liaise with delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers post-sale.
o Coordinate with finance and legal teams to manage contracts and pricing.
Administrative Tasks
o Manage calendars and travel arrangements for senior sales members.
o Assist with expense reporting and budget management.
o Organize and maintain documents, contracts, and presentations.
Learning and Development
o Stay updated with industry trends and sales methodologies.
o Attend workshops, seminars, or training sessions to upskill.
o Shadow senior team members during sales cycles to gain experience
