Purpose of the Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for executing the governance framework for Outbound Bureau Reporting (OBR). This will include creation and enhancement of control environment by implementing preventive and detective controls. , drive AEMP79/ 70/ 47/ 08 & Project Guardian Compliance within Enterprise Data Strategy team, partner closely with CCOs, Product, Capabilities, Control Management Team and 2 nd /3 rd line to strengthen data governance for Outbound Bureau reporting process.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Outbound Bureau Reporting, applicable AEMPs, Project Guardian and Control Management
- Develop requirements to support the generation of risk capabilities & controls (e. g. Smart Monitoring, Qalibrate & CDIT/SPIKE)
- Ensure Global Process Risk Self- Assessment (PRSA) for outbound bureau reporting is updated, asserted and certified timely, understands upcoming Risk & Control Self- Assessment (RCSA) mandates and impact
- Leads engagement for global regulatory exams, audits, reviews, loss events and compliance issues which impact Outbound Bureau processes
- Work closely with Stakeholders (CCOs, Compliance, Legal, Capabilities etc. ) to implement controls action/ownership, operating manual ratification framework and drive clarity with RACI
- Spearhead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, and on time.
- Find gaps/risk in process and prioritize preventive/detective controls implementation for risk mitigation.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Minimum Qualifications

Past Experience:
- 0- 3 years of experience in product management, strategy, control management, analytics/credit risk or related work experience
- Strong data handling and ability to apply quantitative techniques and methods to drive business results.

Academic Background:
Bachelor s / master s degree in a quantitative field (e. g. , Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics Computer Science or Economics) from a top tier institute
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
- Strong quantitative, analytical, project management and structured problem- solving skills with proficiency in Python, SQL, HIVE & EXCEL.
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast- paced environment and on aggressive timelines.
- Effective team player and be able to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in analyzing data, drawing inferences, and making recommendations.
- Regulatory/Compliance/control management knowledge would be plus
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Understanding of credit card business economics
Technical Skills/Capabilities
SQL, HIVE, Excel, and Python. Lumi knowledge would be a plus.
