Job Description

Entry-level professional individual contributor, work is closely supervised, may be required to apply discretion within identified boundaries and procedures.
Keeps track of customers orders and handling the steps involved with fulfilling them.
Helps clients with orders quoting, entry, processing, fulfilment, review, payment, etc.
Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors. Expected to independently propose solutions to problems for others review.
Develops, analyzes and reviews order management process standards (e.g. data accuracy, workflow standards, technology development and process improvements).
