You'll ensure seamless operations and maintenance of Office 365 services for our global workforce of 80,000 users. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (**UCC Level 3, IT Security, Incident Management, RPA & Automation**) to troubleshoot and resolve issues, drive service improvements, and much more.
Youll specifically take care of **coordinating with internal and external stakeholders like Microsoft and OSS teams**, but also **delivering technical expertise to address root causes and prevent recurring issues**.
Well look to you for:

Providing Level 2 support for Office 365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and more

Coordinating with UCC Level 3, Service Desk, and Local Support teams to ensure smooth operations

Resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner

Driving efficiency by reducing the number of recurring incidents through service improvement initiatives

Delivering technical knowledge sessions to empower Service Desk and Local Support teams

Maintaining high-quality customer service by closely working with end users to understand and resolve their issues

Graduated B.E or B.Tech

4-6 years of experience supporting Office 365, Exchange Online, Exchange on-premise, and other Office 365 services

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Licensing, Exchange Online, and Exchange On-premise

Good knowledge of Anti-Spam, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and PowerShell scripting
-
Understanding of email archiving, Data Loss Protection (DLP), eDiscovery, retention policies, and litigation holds
-
Familiarity with O365 Admin Center and its functionalities for troubleshooting and administration

Basic knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Directory Synchronization, and Azure Active Directory

Knowledge of additional Office 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune is a plus
-
Strong oral and written communication skills

Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and work in shifts
