ANALYST - O365 Exchange Online

Job Description

Coordinating with UCC Level 3, Service Desk, and Local Support for operations and maintenance of Office 365 services. Providing Level 2 support for Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues while identifying root causes and preventative actions. Maintaining high-quality customer service to end users and collaborating with them to understand and resolve issues. Driving efficiency through service improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and service requests. Providing technical knowledge sessions to Service Desk and Local Support teams. Graduated B.E or B-Tech. 4-6 years of experience supporting Office 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange on-premise services. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Licensing, Exchange Online, and related services. Good knowledge of Anti-Spam, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and PowerShell scripting. Understanding of email archiving, Data Loss Protection (DLP), eDiscovery, Retention Policies, and Litigation Hold. Familiarity with Office 365 Admin Center and troubleshooting tools. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset. Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and work in shifts.
