Who You Are

• To answer the technical queries via handling emails pertaining to Lab Water portfolio. - NI process.
• Manage Milli Q Work Orders after reviewing mandatory parameters changed the status to WO-closed by service, in case any issues chatter to FSM and do follow-up.
• Manage Milli Q Work Orders after reviewing mandatory parameters followed with sending email to customer for asking the PO hardcopy, prepare technical quotes for spare parts and billable repairs (BRQ) and do follow-up.
• Assign the Lab queue cases to the respective belongings by reviewing quote and PO.
• Entry the product code stocks in oracle according to the stock adjustments country ownership.
• Closing the BioM RMA & Billable repairs queue cases by emailing to the customer for service order request confirmation with shipping instructions after reviewing the mandatory docs. – only for BioM products
  

Your Role

• With the above scope of responsibility, managing workflow of transactional activity.
• Creating effective communication on process during BCP and internal resource availability. Completing task within SLA agreed timeline and quality metrics and service objectives.
• Creating critical review on non GXP activities. Implementing changes aligned to change management and strategic requirements.
• Master’s degree (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Organic/Physical Chemistry.
• Basic knowledge on Analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
