ANALYST INVESTMENT BANKING (TMT SECTOR)

You will be an integral part of the TMT Transactions team based in Pune, India, working on a mix of domestic and cross-border Technology M&A and Cap Raise transactions. Your key role will involve all aspects of the Investment/M&A Transaction process to deliver the best advisory outcomes for clients. You will support multiple aspects of the deal process including Financial Statement Analysis, Due Diligence, building Financial models, and investor collateral. **Key Responsibilities:** - Focus on the execution of active deal mandates and lead the preparation of transaction-related documents, financial modeling, and valuation analysis & scenarios. - Conduct Transaction Research to analyze different industry verticals, prepare market, strategic, and industry peer analyses, screen potential acquirers/investors, and financial valuation benchmarks. - Build detailed financial models to evaluate business performance under various operating scenarios and analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential equity, debt, or M&A transactions. - Proactively coordinate and plan investor/acquirer calls, support the data room set-up process, term-sheet preparation/negotiations, and due diligence activities. - Manage the due diligence process, resolve issues/concerns, and liaise with third-party vendors like accounting firms/legal firms. - Research and analyze sectors and transactions, assist with Research and present findings to management/team. **Qualifications Required:** - 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience with a big 4 or cross-border boutique Investment Bank focused on execution of deals within the Technology, IT Services, or TMT sector. - Prior experience with investment/M&A transactions with the ability to support various stages of the deal execution process. - Must have a good understanding of the technology landscape and investment/exit transactions process. - Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in the Tech industry and MBA/CFA from Top Institutions with at least 2 years relevant investment banking/M&A/Consulting experience.
