Analyst III - IT Solutions - Manhattan (Outbound)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and support of Warehouse Management IT systems, primarily Manhattan Associates Active platform. As a Manhattan Active Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in configuring and implementing the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (WMS) to meet business needs, with a specific focus on Outbound processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for MAWM implementations. - Manage the development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems, primarily Manhattan Associates Active WM platform (MAWM). - Build and optimize a Global Center of Excellence to support global solutioning, testing, configuration, and deployment support for Manhattan Active WM and associated supply chain systems. - Provide training and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the solution. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MAWM configuration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of MAWM solutions. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within MAWM solutions. - Ensure delivery of desired IT solutions and suggest new technical capabilities for the business. - Ensure compliance with project delivery methodologies and processes, promoting continuous improvement. - Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in MAWM. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. - 7+ years of experience in Supply chain with specialization in WMS applications. - 5+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations and management of IT Operations, focusing on Outbound processes. - Preferred Certifications: Level 1 & 2 certification in MAWM.
