Job Description

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning & Scheduling Engineer to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, monitoring, and control of project schedules and progress. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using suitable planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Coordinate with various departments to gather inputs and update schedule data. Track project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports. Analyze schedule variances and provide mitigation strategies. Support project control functions including resource loading and performance monitoring. Required Skills Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques. Hands-on experience in Progress Measurement and Reporting. Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6/MS Project). Good communication and coordination skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
