Analyst-Hindsighting(Business Banking Credit)

Job Description As an Analyst-Hindsighting in the Business Banking Group, your primary responsibility will be to formulate and implement Industrial Equipment/Medical Equipment policies while closely collaborating with various teams within the BBG Business team. Your role will involve regular monitoring of the portfolio from a credit risk perspective. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Industrial Equipment/Medical Equipment policy effectively - Conduct revisions in policies based on extensive market research and benchmarking - Ensure adherence to governance and control framework - Focus on reducing Risk Related costs - Identify portfolio trends and generate portfolio level MIS - Monitor Early Warning Signals (EWS) and Portfolio Delinquency - Analyze the impact of the external environment on the portfolio through Industry Research - Implement best practices from the industry from a Risk perspective - Recommend process changes to enhance efficiency and quality - Conduct regular training sessions for the Credit and Business Team - Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and portfolio health - Understand and leverage digital processes adopted by the bank to enhance efficiency Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Post-graduation in MBA/PGDM/C.A. - 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Equipment/Medical Equipment sector preferred Additional Details of the Company: N/A,
