Job Description

We are seeking motivated fresh graduates to join our US Mortgage Loss Mitigation team. The role involves assisting in reviewing borrower documents, processing hardship applications, and supporting efforts to prevent loan defaults and foreclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify borrower financial documents and hardship applications.
Update and maintain loan data in servicing systems.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and US counterparts.
Ensure compliance with US mortgage and investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA).
Support analysis and reporting of borrower workout options.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Attention to detail and basic knowledge of mortgage processes preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
