Firstpoint Advisors LLP, established in 2020, is a finance consultancy and virtual CFO firm recognized for its quality, competence, and exceptional services to various corporate clients and business entities in India. The firm specializes in Virtual CFO services, including budgeting, process automation, MIS, working capital management, ERP implementation, work transitioning, and costing. Our primary focus is on delivering comprehensive financial management solutions to enhance business efficiency and growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Analyst located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, preparing reports, assisting with budgeting, and supporting ERP implementation. Daily tasks will also include working on process automation, managing working capital, and transitioning work processes to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.

Qualifications

Financial analysis and budgeting skills
Experience with ERP implementation and process automation
Strong MIS and working capital management skills
Ability to prepare comprehensive financial reports
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in a finance consultancy or virtual CFO role is a plus
