Client & Agency Service:

Accounting Analyst

• Assist with monthly forecasting and schedule submission in OneStream
• Month end activities including OpEx and Intercompany JE preparation, transaction and variance analysis
• Prepare payroll reconciliation and compensation related Jes
• Prepare monthly Revenue JEs together with FDs
• Work closely with SSC reporting partners and ensure timely month-end close support
• Nonbillable invoice processing and vendor paperwork
• BOA credit card statement processing, backup collecting, transaction reconciliation and project posting.
• Maintain templates and documentation
• Provide backup coverage and support training transitions
• Provide labor tracking and I/C support to Sr. Financial Analyst on Chiat side

You will be working closely with:

• Global Finance Leaders / members of agency Finance Team and will have responsibilities to achieve group goals with respect to Reporting, Planning, Forecasting, Working Capital, and accounting support.

• Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A Operations (mandatory).
• Having prior experience into R2R processes is (Preferred)
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools
• Having Good Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Flexibility to take up different assignments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities
• Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
• Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus
