Role & responsibilities

Primary Research & Data Collection

• Conduct primary interviews with industry experts, customers, and stakeholders under guidance to gather relevant market and industry insights.
• Cross-check and validate interview insights using internal data and external sources to ensure reliable and consistent findings.
• Maintain organized documentation of interview notes, research findings, and data repositories to support analysis and reporting.

Analysis & Consulting Support

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key themes, trends, and insights.
• Support the preparation of competitive landscapes, market overviews, and industry assessments.
• Assist senior team members in identifying emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential gaps through structured analysis.

Report Writing & Documentation

• Assist in preparing clear, structured research reports and client presentations.
• Summarize research findings into concise, easy-to-understand insights.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all documentation and deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct structured interviews.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Masters in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in market research, consulting support, analytics, or related roles (including internships or project-based experience).
• Entry-level candidates, including freshers who satisfy the above criteria, can also apply.
• Exposure to conducting or supporting B2B interviews and secondary research is an advantage.
