Analyst- Events

Role Overview: As an Analyst Events, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive employee engagement programs aligned with the department's and organization's objectives. Your duties will include managing and executing event-related activities, maintaining employee relations, conducting research and analysis, and overseeing end-to-end execution of corporate events. Key Responsibilities: - Budgeting and creating detailed event proposals - Developing timelines and communication plans - Securing venues and suppliers - Ensuring compliance with legal obligations - Managing staffing requirements - Overseeing event budgets - Designing and planning events for employees - Coordinating with suppliers for logistics such as venues and catering - Serving as a strategic communication partner for management and functional teams - Liaising with internal committees to organize events - Managing issues and requests from various groups involved - Executing firmwide communication events - Conducting post-event evaluations and analysis in collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders Qualification Required: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Good time management and multitasking abilities - Willingness to exceed expectations - Strong presentation skills - Keen attention to detail - Sense of commitment and ownership - Comfort with social media - Good analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Additional Details: This position requires 0-1 years of experience and is open to any graduate.
