Key Responsibilities: - Perform Customer due diligence and screening checks as per compliance guidelines. - Review and validate customer documents for completeness and accuracy. - Conduct screening against watchlists (e.g., sanctions, PEPs, adverse media). - Maintain proper documentation for verification and screening results. - Escalate suspicious or incomplete profiles as per escalation procedures. - Prior experience in screening, compliance, or a similar domain. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Qualifications: - Minimum Qualification: bachelor's degree. The purpose of the role is to support Screening with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution, while making decisions in line with relevant regulatory and industry standards. Accountabilities: - Support day-to-day screening initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution through lending technical expertise. - Execute screening checks on customers, transactions, and other activities to identify potential risks and comply with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate screening processes. - Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in screening processes. - Develop and implement screening procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. - Develop reports and presentations on screening performance. - Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practice in screening services. - Participate in projects and initiatives to improve screening efficiency and effectiveness. As an Analyst, you are expected to meet the needs of stakeholders/customers through operational excellence and customer service.
