Analyst - COE

As a Consulting Analyst at Syneos Health, you will support clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries by assisting them in solving complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting secondary research and data analysis to provide strategic recommendations and client deliverables. - Supporting cross-functional project management both internally and at client organizations. - Helping clients navigate transformations driven by changes in strategy, operating models, processes, or technology. - Identifying relevant data sources and applying critical thinking to generate evidence-based solutions. - Assisting in the development of compelling storyboards and presentations. - Contributing to commercialization strategies such as launch planning, customer engagement, and market positioning. - Communicating findings effectively using text, graphics, and other visual formats. - Maintaining professionalism and adaptability in response to project ambiguity, client changes, and unexpected data findings. - Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders. - Participating in proposal development and business development efforts. - Engaging in internal initiatives, training sessions, and professional development activities. - Supporting continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and service offerings. Qualifications required for the role: - Bachelor's degree - Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively - Strong business acumen and attention to detail - Strong presentation skills Desired qualifications include: - Post Graduation in business or life sciences - Work experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries - Life sciences R&D operational experience - Ability to travel - Understanding of the end-to-end pharmaceutical/biotech value chain At Syneos Health, diversity, inclusion, and authenticity are valued in the workplace.
