Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage chargeback disputes from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective processing.
Basic understanding of banking processes, especially Card fraud/Dispute types
Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve card disputes, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
Utilize expertise in credit card operations, dispute management, and us banking processes to minimize losses and optimize outcomes.
Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
