Key Responsibilities: - Manage the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards - Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, reporting to senior management - Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for consistent practices - Select, implement, and maintain financial systems, collaborating with IT for integration - Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory reports, supporting other departments in their reporting - Coordinate with external auditors and regulators for audits and examinations Qualifications Required: - Qualified Accountant CA/CS - Strong academic background with a minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable institution - Prior experience in month-end or quarter-end reporting or finance automation - Strong excel skills Additional Company Details (if applicable): This role will be based in Noida.
