Job Description

Role Overview: As an Analyst in the Insights and Enablement team at Mastercard Services, your main responsibility will be to drive smarter decisions and operational excellence by leveraging data and technology. Specifically, you will be focusing on business transformation and revenue assurance to ensure quality control mechanisms are in place to mitigate revenue risks and compliance gaps. Your role will involve engaging with key stakeholders, developing documentation, monitoring process KPIs, and driving continuous efficiency improvements across business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a strong understanding of the business environment - Engage with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Controllership, Risk) to understand pain-points and act as an internal consulting partner - Drive Quality and Revenue assurance program to establish control mechanisms - Become a process subject matter expert to implement quality checks across business operations lifecycle - Develop documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and user journey maps - Support workstream leads in implementation with disciplined Program management and Change management efforts - Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements through system enhancements, tactical automation, or process changes - Maintain daily logs and draw tactical insights for interventions Qualifications Required: - Experience in driving business transformation/digital transformation, preferably for B2B services organizations - Experience in business consulting or dealing with unstructured situations using first principles thinking - 3-5 years of experience, with a Chartered Accountant or Management degree (prior experience in internal controls/internal audit preferred but not mandatory) - Exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills - Exposure to B2B Sales processes, Sales productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce CRM, CPQ), Data visualization, and reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau) is a plus but not essential (Note: The corporate security responsibility section has been omitted from the Job Description as it is not directly related to the job role described) Role Overview: As an Analyst in the Insights and Enablement team at Mastercard Services, your main responsibility will be to drive smarter decisions and operational excellence by leveraging data and technology.
