Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end AMS Solutioning, Bid Coordination, Proposal, and Response development. This includes solutioning proactive and reactive proposals for multi-practice/capability deals, working collaboratively with Pursuit team members, solution teams, and other support functions. You will play a key role in driving and collaborating with customers, sales, solutions, and delivery teams to create winning proposals. Additionally, you will support specific initiatives identified by WinCenter. Your responsibilities will also include developing and designing AMS solutions tailored to client needs, providing technical guidance in areas such as application modernization, engaging in presales activities, and participating in Bid Management for pursuits other than AMS solutions if required. You will ensure that all bid responses and proposals are properly planned, coordinated, and completed within the agreed timescales through collaboration with various functions specific to the RFI/RFP. For Grade Specific requirements, you should have experience in bid managing/solutioning CX pursuits from Tier-1 or Tier-2 IT Services organization. You must possess in-depth knowledge of proposal preparation, solutioning, and collateral preparation, along with the ability to standardize project management processes, bid management tools, documentation, and templates. Being highly organized and taking ownership of managing a repository of past proposals, collaterals, and other documents created during Presales and Proposal development is crucial. A natural flair for good technical writing is essential, as you will be reviewing technical proposals and solution descriptions. Strong exposure to Presales in AMS across Global clients is required, along with a passion for Sales and an understanding of Solution Selling dynamics. You should be able to interact effectively with Subject Matter Experts in a domain and technology space. A technical background in MS Technologies, Java Technologies, or Mobile Development is desirable. Any exposure or experience in technologies such as Salesforce, MS-DX CRM, Commerce-B2B and B2C, Front-end/UI, Mobile Apps, Pega, Adobe Exp Manager, or Sitecore will be considered an advantage.,
